Jeff Cramer, President
Research and Development
Following in the footsteps of his Father and Grandfather, Jeff has been in construction for over 40 years. Starting as an electrician at age 19, working as an apprentice and retiring as a Journeyman Foreman. However, Jeff found his true passion was in carpentry. He opened a basement refinishing company in Colorado and also worked as a specialty carpenter building decks, patios, gazebos and residential remodels in San Diego. After years of breathing sawdust, wood chemicals and caustic materials, Jeff was always looking for a safer and healthier way of working. The concept of a mobile work trailer, now known as the CT1, with a self -contained vacuum system was conceived. This literally took years of trial, error and countless hours in the garage on nights and weekends. With determination and faith, the mobile work trailer became a reality. Jeff still loves working with wood, watching NASCAR and yard work. His favorite place to be… still his garage.

Neal Chazin

Neal Chazin holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker in California.

Architecture has been a passion since childhood, but his ability with numbers and business led him on an entrepreneurial path.

Early in his career he worked for a metal roofing company where he prepared shop drawing details for the architectural drawings and cut lists to be used for manufacturing. He was involved in design projects including the design of his own house which Jeff Cramer was the builder of.

He has been involved in the start-up of many diverse businesses including international businesses. With extensive experience in the Association Management Business he oversaw many construction related projects, working with contractors and developers.
